Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE (Mechanical background)
Location: Thiruverkadu, Chennai
What You Will Do (Your Main Roles):
- Purchase: Buy CNC/VMC cutting tools, inserts, and coolant oils from vendors at the best price.
- Tool Clamping: Physically fix and clamp both new and existing tools into the holders (collets, pull studs) using tightening tools.
- Stop Mistakes: Give pre-assembled tools directly to the machines so that operators do not make mis-clamping errors.
- Tool Care: Inspect old tools. Send them for re-grinding/sharpening if reusable, or scrap them if worn out.
- Stock Check: Keep track of tool stock and machine coolant levels so production never stops.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a CNC/VMC machine shop or tool room.
- Must know how to change inserts and handle tool holders
- Basic Excel knowledge to track inventory and prices.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
