About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to join our Australian Migration team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent consultative selling skills, strong knowledge of Australian migration pathways, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful clients through ethical and professional guidance.

This role focuses primarily on client consultation, sales conversion, relationship management, and revenue generation, while working closely with the visa processing team for post-sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries related to Australian migration services.
- Conduct detailed eligibility assessments for prospective clients.
- Advise clients on suitable Australian migration pathways, including:
- Skilled Migration
- Employer Sponsored Visas
- Partner & Family Visas
- Graduate & Temporary Visas
- Permanent Residency pathways
- Explain the migration process, timelines, fees, and eligibility requirements.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and update client interactions regularly.
- Coordinate with the Visa Processing Team for smooth post-sales execution.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, marketing campaigns, and promotional events.
- Stay updated with Australian immigration regulations, policy changes, and market trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience while ensuring ethical sales practices.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in immigration, migration consultancy, overseas education, or consultative sales.
- Robust understanding of Australian migration pathways and visa categories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong objection handling and closing skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

- General Skilled Migration (GSM)
- Employer Sponsored Visas
- AHPRA Registration
- ANMAC Skills Assessment
- ACS, VETASSESS, Engineers Australia or other Skills Assessment authorities
- Expression of Interest (EOI)
- State Nomination Processes
- Australian migration consulting or immigration sales

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
