Job Summary

We are looking for excellent English-speaking professionals to join our US Process Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, confidence in speaking with US clients over the phone, and the ability to build rapport and understand customer requirements. English teachers, lecturers, trainers, customer service professionals, telecallers, and experienced sales professionals with excellent spoken English are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls with US clients. Communicate professionally and confidently with customers in English. Understand customer requirements and explain our services clearly. Build rapport with customers and maintain a professional conversation. Identify potential customers and qualify leads. Follow sales scripts, processes, and company guidelines. Handle customer questions and objections effectively. Maintain accurate call records and customer information. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales targets. Coordinate with the sales/closing team when required. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach throughout every interaction.

Requirements

Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are mandatory. Ability to speak confidently with US customers over the phone. Good pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills. Strong listening and interpersonal skills.



Ability to understand different accents and communicate effectively. Sales or customer-service experience is preferred but not mandatory. English teachers, English lecturers, trainers, communication specialists, and fresh graduates with excellent English skills are welcome to apply. Comfortable working in a US night shift / Florida time-zone schedule. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work from the office.
