Position: CNC Programmer – Special Aluminium Machining
Location: Chakan, Pune
Experience: 3–7 Years

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with strong hands-on experience in special aluminium component machining.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize CNC programs for aluminium components.
- Reduce CNC cycle time and improve production output.
- Optimize cutting parameters, feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining sequences.
- Identify and implement methods to reduce machining time.
- Improve CNC machine productivity and process efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Work with the production and tooling teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain process quality while achieving higher production output.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in CNC programming and aluminium machining.




- Robust knowledge of CNC machining processes and cutting tools.
- Proven experience in cycle-time reduction and productivity improvement.
- Ability to independently develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs.
- Good knowledge of tooling, fixtures, feeds & speeds, and machining parameters.
- Practical, hands-on approach to solving production and machining problems.
