We are a specialized BIM learning centre dedicated to delivering industry-relevant training in Building Information Modeling. Our mission is to equip students and professionals with practical skills aligned with global AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) standards.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Academic Counselor with a background in BIM to guide prospective students, support enrolled learners, and drive course enrollments. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, a solid understanding of BIM workflows, and the ability to align student goals with the right training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students on BIM courses, career paths, and industry opportunities
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable BIM training programs (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM coordination, etc.)
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide ongoing support to enrolled students
- Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to ensure student satisfaction




- Stay updated on BIM trends, tools, and job market requirements
- Participate in marketing activities such as seminars, webinars, and education fairs

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in BIM (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM workflows)
- Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in training institutes or ed-tech environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Knowledge of global BIM standards and industry practices
- Multilingual abilities (preferred depending on region)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
