About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Operations / Project Manager who can manage day-to-day project execution, coordinate with team members, monitor client work, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in Operations / Project Management / Account Management.
- E-commerce industry experience is preferred.
- Hands-on or working experience with e-commerce portals such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, JioMart, etc.
- Should understand basic marketplace operations such as orders, inventory, listings, PPC, returns, account health, and client requirements.
- Experience working with an e-commerce agency or marketplace management company will be an added advantage.
- Strong team coordination and task-management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools.
- Should be proactive, responsible,



and comfortable working with deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations and project execution.
- Assign and track tasks for team members.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate between different departments and team members.
- Monitor client accounts and ensure all required work is completed.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates.
- Identify delays or issues and take immediate action.
- Conduct regular team follow-ups and performance checks.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and SOPs.
- Escalate important issues to management.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of recent clients and team members.
