About the Role

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for an IT company in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, HR processes, compliance, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Work closely with management on HR strategies and workforce planning.
- Manage HRMS and ensure accurate employee data management.
- Support a positive and productive workplace culture.

Required Skills & Experience





- Up to 7.5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR Management & Operations.
- Good understanding of employee relations and HR processes.
- Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations.
- KEKA certification / hands-on knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in an IT/Software company will be an advantage.
