About the Role

NIIB Institute is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Manage bank reconciliation and regular account reconciliation.
- Monitor expenses, outstanding payments, and collections.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, CA, and other departments.
- Ensure timely processing of payments and accounting entries.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.
- Ensure accounting entries and financial data are updated accurately and on time.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.




- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in education, training institutes, multi-branch organizations, or service-sector businesses will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
