Ltd. **Location:** H Block, Sector 63, Noida ### Position **Real Estate Sales Executive** ### Salary **Up to ₹30,000 per month** *Compensation will be based on skills, experience, and performance.* ### Working Hours **10:00 AM – 7:00 PM** **Weekly Off:** Sunday ### Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented **Real Estate Sales Executive** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective clients, conducting property discussions and visits, and converting leads into successful sales. ### Key Responsibilities * Generate and develop recent leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sales channels. * Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable properties accordingly. * Handle inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and client interactions professionally. * Arrange and coordinate property visits for prospective clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.



* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and customer experience. * Stay updated on available properties, pricing, offers, and market trends. * Prepare and share regular sales reports with the management. ### Candidate Requirements * 0–2 years of experience in **Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, or a related field** preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Robust negotiation and convincing abilities. * Good knowledge of sales processes and lead conversion. * Customer-focused and professional approach. * Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive. * Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively. * Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software will be an advantage. ### Key Skills **Real Estate Sales | Lead Generation | Client Handling | Negotiation | Property Sales | Follow-up | Lead Conversion | Customer Relationship Management**
