Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Collection Agent to join our Cable TV operations team.

Responsibilities:

- Collect monthly cable TV payments from customers in the assigned area.

- Visit customers and maintain good customer relationships.

- Provide payment receipts and maintain accurate collection records.

- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.

- Deposit collected payments as instructed by the management.

- Report daily collection details to the office.

- Assist customers with basic queries related to cable TV services.

- Coordinate with the office team regarding disconnections, reconnections, and service-related issues.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills and a polite attitude.

- Basic knowledge of reading, writing and handling cash.





- Ability to travel within the assigned local area.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

- Previous collection/field work experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.

- Must be trustworthy, punctual and responsible.
