Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Location: Remote | India Preferred
Work Hours: US Business Hours | Approx. 10 PM–8 AM IST

Role

We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to own and scale the complete revenue engine — from lead conversion and sales performance to forecasting and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full funnel: Webinar → Application → Discovery Call → Close
- Build, lead and coach high-performing sales teams
- Drive revenue growth, conversion and sales performance
- Own CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, margins and revenue forecasting
- Develop acquisition and revenue strategies
- Build predictable and profitable revenue growth

Must-Have Requirements

- Proven experience scaling a business to $10M+ revenue
- Solid $5K+ high-ticket sales experience
- Experience selling to US/UK/Western markets
- Background in EdTech, Tech Upskilling, Bootcamps, Certifications, Career Education or High-Ticket Coaching
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, profitability and unit economics




- Experience building and managing sales closers/setters
- Strong revenue forecasting and commercial decision-making skills

Preferred

- AI, Cloud or IT education experience
- Experience with outcome/placement-based education models
- Experience diversifying acquisition channels

Compensation

Competitive fixed compensation + performance-linked variable, based on experience and impact.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
