We’re looking for a Tamil speaking (F) Airline Ticketing Consultant with solid hands-on experience using GDS platforms as Amadeus. The candidate should be capable of managing domestic and international bookings efficiently for Tamil Nadu region while providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of CRM Handling.

Must work from our Kerala Office & Handle Tamil Nadu region enquries .

Should be able to work on shift Basis.

Handle bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, and refunds through GDS (Amadeus)

Communicate effectively with airlines, suppliers, and clients for booking confirmations and special requests

Provide accurate fare quotes and best routing options

Handle schedule changes and assist clients with travel solutions promptly





Maintain accurate booking records and generate daily/weekly sales reports

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in ticketing and reservations

Proficiency in at least GDS system (Amadeus) is mandatory

Robust knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Graduate in Travel & Tourism / IATA equivalent qualification or Experience preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
