Hiring: HR Executive / HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia & Internshala.
- Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, onboarding and exit formalities.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and manage attendance, leaves, holidays and employee records.
- Maintain employee data and HR processes through HRMS software.
- Handle PF, ESIC, statutory compliance and basic requirements related to Indian Labour Laws.
- Draft, implement and update HR policies, SOPs and company rules.
- Manage employee grievances, discipline and day-to-day HR queries.
- Handle office administration and facility management, including vendors, office supplies and workplace requirements.
- Maintain HR MIS,



employee files, HR letters and other documentation.
- Support employee engagement, productivity and workplace discipline.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in HR Generalist / HR Executive role preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance and HR operations.
- Basic understanding of PF, ESIC and Labour Laws.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR and administrative responsibilities independently.
