About the Company

Established in 1992, CLEAR POINT INSTRUMENTATION PVT. LTD. provides reliable maintenance, repair and service support for sophisticated electronic equipment to leading Public & Private sector organizations.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank, ledger, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and accounting statements.
- Assist with GST, TDS, ESIC , PF and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and related documentation.
- Assist in audit activities and provide necessary schedules and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with monthly and year-end closing.
- Ability to independently handle routine accounting activities.
- Good understanding of Indian taxation and statutory requirements.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.

Salary: ₹ 30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Pattern: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 6 days a week. 2nd & 4th Saturday are weekly off.
