Job Description
Monitoring overall activities related QA & I at site each & every packages, Planning of daily QA & I activities,Correspondance to HO, Contractor.& Client, Co-ordination, controlling & enhancement of team.
Boiler/ Ducting/ Coal Pipe/ Insulation:- Equipment Foundation Inspection, Bolting Inspection,
performing routine inspection/ tests as per FQP in Boiler i.e Weld Visual examination, Dimensional Inspection, NDE testing, PWHT, painting Inspection etc, Record/ Analysing/controlling the weld defect rate, Welder Training, Documentation, coordination with client for regular inspection as per FQP, Manage non-conformance by identification, documentation, evaluation & disposal of NC products
Coordinating with Client for timely closure of NC, Preparing and submitting monthly MIS, exception report.
Team development: - Provide adequate Training to enhance technical knowledge to team members, contractors and sub-contractors.
