Sales & Marketing Executive – New Aligns

Job Overview
New Aligns is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our growing portfolio of hospitality, F&B;, and lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with sales, and have a good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and conversions.
- Promote and market our clients' products, services, properties, and experiences.
- Coordinate with the internal team to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential customer segments.
- Assist in creating marketing proposals, presentations, and promotional content.
- Track leads, sales activities, and campaign performance.
- Have a good working knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube,



and understand how businesses can use them for marketing and lead generation.
- Support influencer marketing, partnerships, and other promotional initiatives when required.

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Kannada is an advantage.
- Candidates who are proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn are preferred.
