Job Title: Business Development Manager (Field Sales) Experience: 5 to 10 Years We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive field sales for our software solutions, including Billing Software, CRM Software, Payroll Software, and other business management applications. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking. • Meet prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present suitable software solutions. • Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits. • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Collect market feedback and competitor information. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. • Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events. Requirements: • 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Software Sales. • Experience in selling software products such as Billing, CRM, Payroll, HRMS, Accounting, or ERP solutions is preferred. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets. • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities. • Basic knowledge of business software solutions is an added advantage. • Positive attitude, learning mindset, and customer-focused approach.
