We are looking for a skilled and professional Freelance Hairstylist to provide personalized online hair consultations and hair-care guidance to clients. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of different hair types, common hair concerns, hairstyles, hair-care routines, and hair-care products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online hair consultations based on individual client requirements and concerns.
- Understand clients’ hair type, texture, condition, lifestyle, and styling preferences.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and styling options based on the client’s needs.
- Provide basic guidance on hair and scalp care.
- Suggest suitable hair-care routines and products based on the client’s hair type and concerns.
- Provide personalized and practical hair-care advice.
- Explain recommended hair-care practices clearly and professionally.
- Maintain professional communication with clients during consultations.
- Record relevant client consultation details and recommendations accurately.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain professional standards while interacting with clients.
- Coordinate with the HR/Wellness team when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant qualification or certification in Hairdressing, Hairstyling, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Hairstylist, Hairdresser, Hair Consultant, or Cosmetologist is preferred.
- Good knowledge of different hair types, textures, styling techniques, and hair-care practices.
- Knowledge of commonly used hair-care products and their appropriate usage.
- Good understanding of basic hair and scalp care.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to provide personalized recommendations based on individual client requirements.
- Comfortable conducting consultations through online platforms.
- Good internet connectivity and access to a smartphone/laptop for remote consultations.
- Professional, friendly, reliable, and client-focused approach.
