Job Description: Senior Safety Officer (Civil) Industry: Construction Experience Required: 4–5 Years Civil Industry
Education:- ADIS -Diploma / Degree and Experience in managing safety at civil industrial project sites.
Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor the company’s EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies at construction sites.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and client safety requirements.
- Prepare and maintain site safety documentation such as JSA, HIRA, PTW, toolbox talks, inspection reports, etc.
- Conduct safety induction training for new workers and periodic safety training for all site staff.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near-misses and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and monitor its availability and quality.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors,



and subcontractors for secure execution of work.
- Conduct emergency response drills and ensure availability of first-aid and firefighting equipment.
- Maintain records of safety audits, safety violations, risk assessments, safety meetings, etc.
- Ensure compliance during high-risk activities: working at height, lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, hot work, confined space, heavy equipment movement, etc.
- Liaise with client safety teams and participate in safety meetings.
