We are hiring a professional and target-driven Punjabi & English Telecaller USA Process (Night Shift). In this role, you will connect with truck owners in the U.S. and generate leads for Sales team.
This role requires strong communication skills, a respectful approach, and the ability to represent the company professionally with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to truckers and owner-operators
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Punjabi and/or English
- Present services clearly in a polite and professional /manner
- Generate and qualify leads by collecting accurate information
- Handle objections calmly and professionally
- Maintain CRM records and schedule follow-ups
- Meet daily call targets (100+ calls/day) and performance KPIs
Qualifications
- Fluent in Punjabi and/or English
- Professional and courteous communication skills (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Ideal Candidate
- Well-mannered, polite, and respectful in communication
- Educated and able to handle conversations with international clients
- Patient, disciplined, and skilled on calls
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
