The role involves conducting market research, strategy planning, identifying potential business opportunities and targets, lead generation, customer outreach, and maintaining business development records to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
- Generate and maintain qualified business leads.
- Support customer outreach and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Assist with other business development activities as required.
