We are looking for passionate and nurturing Early Childhood Educators to conduct engaging, screen-free, activity-based learning sessions for children aged 0–6 years in their homes.
This is an opportunity for educators who enjoy working with young children and want to create a meaningful impact through purposeful play and early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 30–45 minute 1:1 sessions at the child’s home using a structured curriculum.
- Build a positive and trusting relationship with children aged 0–6 years.
- Engage children in screen-free, age-appropriate and development-focused activities.
- Communicate with parents after each session and provide brief feedback and observations.
- Record attendance and basic session notes through a mobile application.
- Maintain a high standard of care, professionalism and respect while interacting with children and parents.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Age: 21–45 years
- Education: Graduate in any stream
- ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori training preferred
- Fluent in English + Hindi or Marathi
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with children; professional or personal experience as a parent/caregiver may also be considered
- Comfortable with local travel
- Clean background and willingness to undergo police verification
- Confident, caring, patient and nurturing personality
Work Format
- Part-time / Freelance / Flexible hours
- Choose your availability: weekdays, weekends, or both
- Expected 1–3 sessions per day, depending on location and availability
- Mandatory training: 1-week online training + live demo session
- Training and ongoing support will be provided
