The ideal candidate should have robust subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guiding students toward success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online lectures.
- Teach GK, History, Indian Polity, Pedagogy, and Teaching Aptitude.
- Prepare study materials, notes, assignments, and test papers.
- Conduct regular assessments and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Keep students updated with current affairs and exam trends.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic mentoring.
- Contribute to content development and question-bank creation.
