About the role

We’re an early-stage B2B platform for the food industry, preparing for launch. We’re looking for an outreach executive to build our early pipeline of sellers and buyers — reaching out to food businesses, generating interest, and converting them into waitlist signups and, at launch, onboarded members. You’ll work directly with the founder and be central to how we go to market.

What you’ll do

- Identify and build target lists of food manufacturers, traders, distributors, and buyers across categories
- Run personalised outreach across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone
- Convert interest into waitlist registrations and, post-launch, onboarded sellers
- Follow up consistently and manage a pipeline through to conversion
- Represent the brand professionally to industry associations and at exhibitions
- Keep the CRM clean and report on outreach numbers and conversion




- Feed market and objection insights back to the founder

What we’re looking for

- Freshers & Experienced in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, or telecalling — food, ingredients, FMCG, or B2B SaaS a strong plus
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and [Hindi / Tamil / relevant languages]
- Comfortable with cold outreach and hearing “no” — persistent and organised
- Familiar with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools
- Self-driven; comfortable in an early-stage, figure-it-out environment

Nice to have

- Existing network in the Indian food/ingredients industry
- Experience selling to or working with food manufacturers/traders
