Position: QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Engineering / Product

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, End-to-End Testing)




- Automation Testing using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- API Testing using Postman and Swagger
- SQL and Database Validation
- Defect Management using Jira or Azure DevOps
- SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Test Documentation
- Git/GitHub knowledge (preferred)
- CI/CD knowledge (preferred)
- Banking/FinTech domain experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute manual testing across web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts.
- Perform API and database validation.
- Identify, report, and verify defects.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare QA reports, test execution reports, RTM, and release sign-off documentation.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
