- Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and equipment-related issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
- Attend customer complaints and provide effective technical solutions.
- Ensure proper installation and functioning of equipment/machines.
- Maintain service reports and documentation after every visit.
- Coordinate with the internal technical/service team for issue resolution.
- Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
- Maintain valuable professional relationships with customers.
- Travel to different customer locations as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
