Location: Tiruppur
Position: Sewing Technician
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Attend PP (Pre-Production) meetings
✅ Conduct risk analysis for every style
✅ Check patterns before size-set cutting
✅ Inspect size-set cut panels
✅ Ensure size-set follows the flowchart and OB
✅ Document specifications before & after ironing
✅ Ensure size-set passes in the first attempt
✅ Participate in line setting and ensure proper process flow
✅ Train operators on critical operations
✅ Develop multi-skilled operators
✅ Improve production processes using folders, guides & templates
