APPLICANT SHOULD HAVE 3-5 YEARS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN VALVE INDUSTRY. APPLICATIONS WITHOUT RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WILL BE REJECTED. JOB LOCATION MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO DUBAI, UAE.

· Ensure all activities are performed safely and accurately in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies and company guidelines.

· Perform equipment assembly, testing and modification tasks in accordance with established procedures including manufacturer IOMs and demonstrating highest standards.

· Assemble hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical control systems from general arrangement and schematic/wiring drawings.

· Utilise experience and industry best practice to form and test complex runs of small-bore instrument tubing to a high standard.

· Complete all records accurately and in a timely manner including but not limited to Test Certification, Inspection Reports, Drawing mark-ups etc.

· Log and process customer complaints to close out in accordance with company procedure. Raise, issue and track to suitable resolution NCR’s as required on sub-suppliers. Record documentary evidence, resolving issues and closing out NORs on HSP’sQA system.





· Responsibility for QC compliance as required by company procedures and/or specific contract/order requirements; ensure QC inspections, standards and certification is in accordance with customer PO specifications. Review of material certification packs when required. Incoming inspection of material when required. Inspection support at HSP suppliers.

· Assist in the technical development of other members of staff through the sharing of knowledge, expertise and assistance in problem solving/work scope analysis as required.

· Assist in problem solving and root cause analysis exercises as required.

· Assist in the continuous improvement of all assembly, testing and modification activities.

· Assist in the planning of work schedule requirements as necessary.

· Ad hoc duties as required in line with your role & responsibilities.
