Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Medical Representative to promote products, achieve sales targets, and build robust relationships with chemists and stockists in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily chemist calls and ensure high conversion ratio
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with stockists for order execution and timely delivery
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections
- Submit daily reports, expenses, and sales data on time
- Plan and adhere to approved tour programs
- Monitor near-expiry stock and market opportunities
- Execute promotional activities and company schemes
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements:
- Experience in pharma/healthcare sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Location: Ahmedabad
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
