E-Commerce Executive – JIASHAANTI

About the Role:
JIASHAANTI is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the JIASHAANTI Shopify website.
- Add, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, prices, inventory, and collections.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor website performance, product availability, and customer orders.
- Handle marketplace operations, if applicable.
- Assist in improving product visibility and online sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing and social media teams for promotions, offers, and campaigns.
- Regularly check website issues, broken links, product availability, and other e-commerce-related problems.




- Prepare basic sales and performance reports.
- Analyze online sales data and identify opportunities to improve conversions and revenue.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer shopping experience.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations is mandatory.
- Experience with Shopify is preferred.
- Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, order processing, returns, and refunds.
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales operations.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in the fashion/apparel or D2C industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:
A candidate who is responsible, organized, quick to learn, and understands how an online fashion/e-commerce business operates from product listing to order delivery.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
