· Develop and implement an effective and continuous program to measure, asses and improve quality

· Maintains Knowledge of standards of the Joint Commission International, ISO regulation/ Certification, Rules and regulations and All Hospital Policy.

· Oversee development of departmental policies and Procedures

· Ensures Quality initiatives and Quality indicators are regularly complied

· Innovate new ideas for Quality indicators regularly and implement same to ensure flawless systems

· Assume other related responsibility as required

· Prepare status report for Head Quality

· Participating in cross organizational activities to improve organizational quality as appropriate

· Continuous assessing and improving the quality of care and services provided

· Work in collaboration with a cohesive team to co-ordinate activities focus efforts and provide consistency





· Exhibits high degree of responsibility for confidential matters

· Provides focused surveys, mocks surveys, unannounced surveys to assess state of readiness for surveys, focusing upon continual preparation

· Trainings: to increase awareness of quality/ indication and other measurable parameters as laid down under the standards of the various accreditation bodies

· Ensure updation of all the policies and documents under the body

Any other task assigned by the HOD and the management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
