Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified G-Card Holder to manage customs clearance operations for import and export shipments. The candidate will ensure timely cargo clearance while maintaining compliance with Indian Customs regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end customs clearance for air and sea import/export shipments.
- Prepare and file Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, and other customs documentation.
- Coordinate with Customs authorities, port officials, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with Customs Act, DGFT regulations, and applicable trade policies.
- Classify goods using HS Codes and determine applicable duties.
- Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Resolve customs-related queries, inspections, and clearance delays.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Liaise with government authorities and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Support duty drawback, refund, EPCG, SEZ,



and other customs-related processes where applicable.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valid Indian Customs G-Card (mandatory). ∙
- 3–5 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or CHA operations.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Indian Customs laws and procedures.
- Expertise in import/export documentation.
- Familiarity with EDI systems and customs portals.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience ∙

- Experience handling air and ICD shipments.
- Exposure to DGFT, SEZ, EPCG, and customs compliance.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
