Position: Site HR & Admin
Location: Bathinda
Industry: Oil & Gas / Construction / Industrial Projects

Key Responsibilities

HR Activities

* Maintain manpower attendance, joining, transfer, and exit records.
* Handle employee documentation, gate pass, medical, and onboarding formalities.
* Maintain labour compliance records including PF, ESIC, ISMW, BOCW, labour licence, and workmen documentation.
* Preparation and maintenance of salary sheet, overtime, and workforce database.
* Conduct employee induction and maintain HR records at site.
* Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and management regarding manpower requirements.
* Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures as per company policy.

Administration Activities

* Manage day-to-day site administration and office operations.
* Coordinate accommodation, transportation, food, and logistics arrangements.
* Maintain office assets, stationery, and housekeeping records.




* Coordinate with security teams for gate entry and movement activities.
* Support management during audits, inspections, and client visits.

Eligibility Criteria

* Graduate in any discipline.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Site HR & Administration preferred.
* Working knowledge of labour law compliance and statutory documentation.
* Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
* Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate

* Experience in refinery, construction, EPC, or industrial project sites will be preferred.
* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
