Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Telecalling

- Handle customer calls and enquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.

Document & File Management

- Verify documents and maintain records.
- Organize files and ensure proper documentation.

Social Media Handling

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in creating and posting content.

Basic Photo & Video Editing

- Perform basic editing for social media and promotional materials.
- Support marketing-related creative tasks.

Team Leadership (For Experienced Candidates)

- Guide and coordinate team members.




- Monitor daily activities and ensure smooth workflow.

Office Administration

- Support daily office operations.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and productive work environment.

Requirements

Diploma or Any Degree (UG / PG)

Good communication skills in Tamil

Basic computer knowledge

Familiarity with Social Media platforms

Basic Editing Skills will be an added advantage
