Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, drive revenue, and help expand our customer base through strategic outreach and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities via outreach, referrals, networking, and digital channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy
- Manage and update leads and opportunities in CRM systems for effective follow-up and pipeline tracking
- Track and report on key sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance against targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product,



and operations to improve client engagement and service delivery
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to drive sustainable business growth

Requirements

- 2–3+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and strategic thinking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a team-oriented attitude
