Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end plant operations, including Batch Manufacturing, Filling, Packing, Warehouse, and Maintenance.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and plant resources.
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and improve OEE.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Purchase, Stores, Supply Chain, Engineering, and R&D; for smooth operations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production costs, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead manpower planning, team development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Review production MIS, KPIs, and operational performance, ensuring timely resolution of plant issues and achievement of business objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in Plant Operations within the Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
- Robust expertise in Production,



Batch Manufacturing, Filling & Packing, Maintenance, and Production Planning.
- Hands-on knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716, ISO 9001, OEE, CAPA, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to drive productivity, quality, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
