Looking for a creative, energetic and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can take complete ownership of our digital presence and help us generate quality leads.

We are looking for someone who is not just a social media operator, but a complete content creator and digital marketer who can ideate, create, shoot, edit, publish and promote engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms
- Write scripts for Reels, short videos, educational content, promotional videos and wellness campaigns
- Shoot professional videos and Reels using mobile/camera
- Edit videos with strong hooks, captions, transitions, music and storytelling
- Create and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Manage and post content across social media platforms
- Develop content around Yoga, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Meditation, Sound Healing, Marma Therapy, Corporate Wellness and Holistic Health
- Run Meta and other digital advertising campaigns
- Generate quality leads through paid and organic campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads and conversions
- Continuously test current content ideas, creatives, audiences and campaigns to improve results
- Coordinate with the wellness team for shoots, events,



workshops and corporate sessions
- Stay updated with current social media trends, Reels formats, hooks and digital marketing strategies

What We Are Looking For

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation or Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Meta Ads
- Excellent video shooting and editing skills
- Good scriptwriting and storytelling ability
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others during shoots
- Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
- Creative mindset with an eye for premium and professional content
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools will be an advantage

This is a hands-on role.

We are NOT looking for someone who only schedules posts or manages social media accounts.
