About the Role

Southern Agro Engine Pvt. Ltd. is looking for 2 confident and energetic Telecalling Executives to join our Voice Process team.

The role involves communicating with customers, dealers, distributors, and business prospects over the phone, generating and following up leads, explaining our agricultural machinery and products, and maintaining proper customer records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, distributors, and prospective leads.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain company products, offers, dealer opportunities, and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone conversations.
- Follow up with existing leads and prospective customers.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Team.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups until the enquiry reaches the appropriate sales stage.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent Tamil, Hindi, and English communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication.
- Ability to handle customer questions patiently.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM is an advantage.
- Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.

Experience

Freshers: Can apply if they have strong communication skills.

Experienced candidates: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, BPO voice process, dealer coordination, or sales will be preferred.

Salary

Salary: As per current market norms and based on relevant experience, communication skills, and overall suitability.

Experienced candidates with strong Tamil + Hindi + English voice-process skills may be offered a higher package based on their profile.
