Senior HR Recruiter – Non-IT

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across multiple functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, referrals, and databases.
- Screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates with clients.
- Manage multiple requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer follow-up, and joining coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and daily/weekly reports.
- Build strong candidate networks and support junior recruiters.

Requirements

- 4+ years of strong Non-IT recruitment experience.




- Consultancy/recruitment agency experience preferred.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet recruitment TAT.
