Assistant Professor – MBA (Marketing / Finance / HR / Information Technology)

Shri Vishwanath College of Management, Kalan, Sultanpur (U.P.) is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Assistant Professor in the MBA Department.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, preparing academic content, mentoring students, conducting assessments, and contributing to the overall academic development of the department.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach MBA students as per the prescribed university curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, lectures, presentations, assignments and study material.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations and evaluate student performance.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
- Participate in departmental and institutional academic activities.
- Support seminars, workshops, projects, presentations and other student-development activities.
- Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.

Qualification & Experience

- MBA in the relevant specialization
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
- Candidates having NET or Ph.D. will be preferred
- Good communication, presentation and classroom-management skills.
