Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Mandatory Eligibility

Must be currently residing in Chennai

Daily travel time to Parrys Corner should preferably be 30 minutes or less

Must be comfortable working in an industrial hardware store and warehouse environment

Graduate in any discipline

Basic English reading and writing skills

Basic computer and record-maintenance knowledge

Relevant experience in stores, warehouse, dispatch or inventory supervision is preferred

Two-wheeler driving knowledge with a valid driving licence is preferred

Job Responsibilities

The position involves working in an industrial stores workplace and supervising material handling, packing, loading and dispatch activities.

Supervise the daily operations of the store and warehouse

Coordinate inward and outward movement of materials

Verify incoming goods against purchase documents

Supervise picking, packing, loading and dispatch activities

Maintain stock, inward, outward and delivery records

Coordinate with transporters and follow up on deliveries





Ensure materials are properly identified, stored and arranged

Monitor stock shortages and report requirements to management

Maintain cleanliness, discipline and safety in the store

Handle basic clerical work and operational documentation

Coordinate with the sales, accounts and purchase teams

Perform other store-related duties assigned by management

Required Skills

Good organisational and supervisory skills

Ability to manage workers, materials and dispatch activities

Responsible, punctual and disciplined

Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Basic understanding of inventory and stock records

Attention to detail while checking quantities and documents

Immediate joining preferred
