Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agriculture Sales Officer to drive sales and business development across Ratlam and Mandsaur. The candidate will be responsible for dealer/distributor management, farmer engagement, field visits, product demonstrations, payment collection, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet existing dealers and distributors regularly and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify and appoint new distributors and dealers in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits and expand the company's market presence.
- Meet farmers regularly and develop a strong farmer network.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to farmers.
- Promote company products, schemes, offers, and brand activities.
- Ensure timely payment collection from dealers/distributors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Provide market feedback, competitor information,



and customer insights to management.
- Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility in the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Agriculture Sales / Agri Input / Fertilizer / Pesticide / Bio-Products.
- Good knowledge of the assigned geographical area and local agricultural market.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices.
- Good dealer, distributor, and farmer network will be an advantage.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Agrochemicals, Bio-Pesticides, Bio-Fungicides, Fertilizers, Micronutrients, Plant Growth Regulators, Seeds, or Agri-Inputs will be preferred.
