Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, trend research, and audience engagement.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and overall digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Write creative and engaging captions, copy, and social media content.
- Research industry trends, competitors, hashtags, and emerging content formats.
- Monitor social media performance and track key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers,



and other teams to execute campaigns.
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platform algorithms and trends.
- Suggest new content ideas and strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience in the media industry is a plus.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.
- Experience with Canva and/or basic video-editing tools is preferred.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Candidates who actively follow social media trends and understand viral content will be preferred.
