About the Role

Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is looking for compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility and reproductive treatments. The ideal candidate should have solid clinical knowledge, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients in OPD, ward, and procedure areas.
- Assist doctors during IVF, IUI, embryo transfer, egg retrieval, and other fertility-related procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.




- Offer compassionate support while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.

Eligibility

- ANM, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in IVF, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, OT, or Women's Health is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- IV cannulation and medication administration.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and clinical protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
