Pay Scale: ₹15,000 per month + Travel Allowance

1. Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth at Detech Solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new clients, promoting our products/services, achieving sales targets, and strengthening our market presence.

2. Key Responsibilities

Sales

- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital channels

- Meet potential clients to understand requirements and pitch company solutions

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

- Prepare quotes, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively

- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/database regularly

Marketing

- Execute marketing activities like campaigns, emailers, social media outreach, and events

- Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and product demos to prospective customers

- Collect market feedback, competitor info, and customer preferences





- Assist in organizing exhibitions, product launches, and client meetings

- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and channel partners

Other Duties

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction

- Ensure timely collection of payments when required

- Represent Detech Solutions professionally in the market

3. Eligibility & Skills

- Education: Any graduate. MBA/BBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory

- Experience: 0-2 years. Freshers with good communication skills can apply

- Skills: Strong communication & negotiation skills, basic MS Office & email, target-driven attitude

- Languages: English + Tamil required. Hindi is an added advantage

- Other: Must be willing to travel locally. Own two-wheeler preferred

4. Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 per month

- Travel Allowance: Provided for field visits as per company policy

- Incentives: Performance-based incentives on achieving targets

- Growth: Training + opportunity to grow into Team Lead/Sales Manager roles
