- Plan and monitor daily production targets.
- Supervise and guide production staff.
- Ensure quality standards and defect-free output.
- Drive process improvements and lean practices.
- Maintain compliance with safety and company policies.
- Prepare production reports for management.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in production supervision.
Pay: ₹11,010.62 - ₹20,000.00 per month
