- Junior Executive – IP Billing: 0–2 years
- Senior Executive – IP Billing: 2–5 years

Qualification

Any Graduate / B.Com / Hospital Administration

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Inpatient (IP/IPD) billing and daily bill updates.
- Prepare and verify patient bills accurately.
- Ensure services, investigations, procedures, pharmacy, and room charges are captured correctly.
- Handle advance payments, deposits, adjustments, and refunds.
- Coordinate with Nursing, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and other departments.
- Handle TPA/Insurance billing and documentation.
- Support patient discharge billing and clearance.
- Handle patient billing queries professionally.
- Maintain billing records and daily reports.




- Ensure timely and accurate completion of billing activities.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hospital/IP billing.
- Basic computer and HIS knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Experience

Junior Executive: 0–2 years. Freshers with good communication and computer skills may apply.

Senior Executive: 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospital billing, IP billing, IPD billing, patient billing, discharge billing, TPA/insurance billing, or RCM.
