Job Summary

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Operations Manager – Logistics who can lead end-to-end logistics operations and build a strong on-ground delivery ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end logistics operations including deliveries, pickups, installations, reverse logistics, and routing
- Manage and lead a team of 6+ operations executives and 20+ delivery boys and commercial vehicle drivers
- Ensure smooth daily execution of customer orders with high operational efficiency
- Plan routes and optimize fleet utilization for better turnaround time and lower operational costs
- Handle manpower planning, attendance, scheduling, and field coordination
- Recruit, train, and manage delivery boys, loaders, and commercial vehicle drivers
- Ensure timely delivery execution while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, refurbishment, customer support, and sales teams
- Monitor operational KPIs including delivery timelines, damages, customer complaints, vehicle utilization, and productivity
- Handle on-ground escalations and ensure quick problem resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain,



or fleet management
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, furniture, appliances, hyperlocal delivery, or transportation industry preferred
- Strong team management and field operations handling capability
- Experience managing delivery staff and commercial vehicle drivers
- Ability to hire and retain on-ground logistics manpower efficiently
- Strong coordination, execution, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Positive understanding of Bangalore routes and logistics operations is a plus
- Ability to take ownership and drive operational discipline
