About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Carpenter to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing premium furniture, showroom interiors, display units, counters, cabinets, storage solutions, and custom wooden products. The candidate should be capable of handling the complete process from material selection to final installation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture high-quality wooden furniture for jewellery showrooms.
- Build display counters, showcases, wall units, storage cabinets, office furniture, and custom fixtures.
- Read drawings and measurements accurately.
- Select the right wood, plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, and other materials based on quality and budget.
- Procure materials from vendors while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Operate woodworking machines and hand tools safely.
- Assemble, install, repair, and maintain showroom furniture.
- Coordinate with interior designers, visual merchandising, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure neat finishing, durability, and premium craftsmanship.
- Maintain tools, machines, and workshop cleanliness.




- Complete projects within the given timelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on carpentry experience.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing or commercial interiors is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plywood, MDF, solid wood, laminates, veneers, acrylic, glass fittings, and hardware.
- Ability to estimate materials and procure quality products.
- Skilled in cutting, assembling, polishing, fitting, and finishing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working on showroom or retail interior projects is an added advantage.
