Tour Manager

A Tour Manager is responsible for organizing, planning, and conducting tours for

clients. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, managing tour

logistics, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for travelers. The Tour

Manager serves as the main point of contact for clients, providing assistance and

resolving any issues that arise during the tour.

Job Title: Tour Manager

Year of Experience : 2+ years in any field

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and organize travel itineraries, including accommodation,

transportation, and activities.

● Coordinate with suppliers, such as hotels, transport services, and activity

providers, to ensure all arrangements are in place.

● Serve as the primary contact for clients before, during, and after the tour.

● Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during the

tour.

● Provide information, assistance, and support to travelers throughout the

tour.

● Ensure all travel arrangements and logistics are executed smoothly and

efficiently.

● Oversee the distribution of travel documents and tickets to clients.





● Monitor and manage tour schedules to ensure timely departures and

arrivals.

● Promote and market tours to potential clients through various channels,

including social media, websites, and travel agencies.

● Develop promotional materials and tour descriptions to attract customers.

● Engage with clients during the tour, offering insights, guidance, and

support.

● Maintain accurate records of tour expenses, bookings, and client

information.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.

● Proven experience as a Tour Manager or similar role in the travel industry

is a plus.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

● Knowledge of popular travel destinations and tourist attractions.

● Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
